Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 2 slices white cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices deli turkey
  • Thin tomato slices (from 1 medium red tomato)
  • ½ cup fresh baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons butter (softened)
  • Turkey bacon (substitute for cooked bacon)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the tomato thinly.
  2. Assemble the sandwich by spreading honey mustard on one side of each slice of sourdough. Layer cheese, turkey, spinach, and tomato on two slices, then top with another slice (mustard side down).
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter to coat the bottom. Cook the sandwiches for about 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
  4. Remove from heat, cut in half, and serve immediately.
