  • 1/3 cup French vanilla frosting
  • 1 bag light pink candy melts (12 oz)
  • White sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cake mix according to package directions. Pour batter into a greased baking dish or two round pans. Bake at 350°F until a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Once cooled, crumble the cake into small pieces in a mixing bowl. Mix in the frosting until combined. Freeze the mixture until chilled.
  3. Roll the chilled mixture into evenly sized balls and place on a freezer-safe baking sheet. Freeze until firm.
  4. Melt candy melts using a microwave or double boiler until smooth. Dip each lollipop stick into melted candy before inserting it into each cake ball.
  5. Dip each ball into melted candy melts or spoon it over them, twirling to coat evenly. Decorate with white sprinkles before placing upright in a styrofoam block to harden.
