  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt (divided)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Drizzle chicken breasts with oil and season both sides with paprika, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, chopped spinach, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and remaining salt.
