  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup maraschino cherries (halved)
  • For the glaze: powdered sugar
  • milk
  • almond extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two small loaf pans.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix and pistachio pudding. Add eggs, vegetable oil, water, and sour cream. Beat until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the halved maraschino cherries.
  4. Pour the batter into prepared loaf pans and bake for 35–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Once cooled, prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, milk, and almond extract. Drizzle over the bread.
