  • 4 oz claw crab meat
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella (shredded)
  • 3 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup mayo (for remoulade)

  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, lump and claw crab meat, shredded mozzarella, shallots, red bell pepper, parsley, chives, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper until well mixed.
  2. Shape the mixture into sticks about 3 inches long and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
