  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh lemon juice, salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast for about 15 minutes until crispy.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté smoked sausage until browned (3-4 minutes); set aside.
  3. Cook shrimp in the same skillet until pink and opaque (2-3 minutes per side); set aside with the sausage.
  4. Lower heat to medium, melt butter in the skillet, add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (1-2 minutes). Stir in honey, soy sauce, and optional red pepper flakes; simmer for about 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
