  • 1 cup pistachio cream
  • 4 oz chocolate bar
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together. Add egg, vanilla extract, milk, and oil; mix until smooth. Slowly incorporate hot coffee.
  3. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool the cake before layering with toasted kataifi mixed with pistachio cream.
  5. For the ganache, heat chocolate and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl until melted; whisk until smooth.
