  • 24 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sour cream, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped Butterfingers
  • For topping: chocolate chips, heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a springform pan by pressing the Oreo crumbs mixed with melted butter into the bottom.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add flour, sour cream, peanut butter, and vanilla extract; mix until combined. Incorporate eggs one at a time on low speed, then gently fold in chopped Butterfingers.
  3. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 60-70 minutes until set around edges but slightly jiggly in center. Allow cooling in the oven with door ajar for an hour.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.
